This website describes ARKNOVA's technology development services. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer — project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed separately with each client before work begins.

Project engagements

Actual development work is governed by a separate agreement (written or via message thread) covering scope, price, timeline, and deliverables for that specific project — not by this page.

No guaranteed outcomes

Software estimates and timelines are best-effort. Complex or unclear requirements may change scope; any change is discussed with you before extra work is done.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, code and deliverables built specifically for a paying client's project belong to that client on full payment.
